* How can I get help with Aeries SIS, or my account?
If you cannot find the information you're looking for here on aeries.com, your school or district can provide assistance with any Aeries-related issues you may have. Please note that the Aeries support team is not able to assist parents & students, as each school or district has their own independent user support process in place.
How do I log into Aeries?
Log into Aeries by going to the Aeries Parent Portal for your School District or use the mobile app. You will see the login page and be able to enter your email and password, or use your google account to login.
How do I find my account information?
Typically your account information is provided by the school or district. If you don't remember your username or password, try the forgot password option.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, there is a password reset link. This will walk you through the process. If that link is not present, your school or district will be able to assist.
Aeries says the username and password entered are incorrect. What do I do?
Please check your email for "Aeries" to see if anything has changed. If you cannot remember your password, at the login screen select forgot password. If you have trouble still, contact your district.
How do I find my district code?
VPC codes are usually issued by the school or district. It is commonly mailed home in a letter, or printed on the student's schedule.

What is the Aeries Portal?
The Aeries parent and student portal is a website that parents and students can log into to check grades, update contact information, and see any other information the school provides to you.
What is the URL for my Aeries Portal? How do I find it?
If you don't have your Aeries portal bookmarked and can't remember the URL, one way you can find it is to go to your favorite search engine and search your district name with the keyword 'Aeries' added at the end of the search text. If all else fails, you can contact your district.
How do I add another student to my parent portal?
Once logged into the portal, click the Add New Student button. It will prompt for Student ID number, Primary Telephone, and VPC code. This information is typically mailed home from the school or district or included on the student's printed schedule. This is a one-time process.
How do I get help with Aeries?
If you cannot find the information you're looking for here on aeries.com, your district can assist with any questions you may have.
How do I download the Aeries app?
You can go to the iOS App Store or the Android Google Play store and search 'Aeries'. Alternatively, there is also a link on the login page of your Aeries portal directly to the app store.
