AeriesCon attendees who purchase 3 Day Registration will have the choice of one of two AeriesCon Advanced Day tracks: Aeries IT Professionals Day or CALPADS Day on Wednesday, March 5, 2025.

Aeries IT Professionals Day

Attendees of “Aeries IT Professionals” sessions can expect a comprehensive learning experience that enhances their skills in several key areas. The day covers effective change management practices, Python for automation and data analysis, and exploring examples of SQL computed columns. Participants will also learn to create insightful data visualizations using PowerBI, automate workflows with Power Automate, and leverage ChatGPT to streamline IT tasks and integrations. By the end of the day, attendees will be equipped with practical tools and knowledge to boost their productivity and effectiveness in various IT domains.

CALPADS Day

Join Aeries and CALPADS experts for an in-depth day focused on maximizing data accuracy and compliance in CALPADS reporting using Aeries SIS. This collaborative day brings together Aeries specialists and CALPADS representatives to provide the latest updates on reporting requirements, best practices for data management, and practical solutions to common challenges. Designed for district administrators and data management teams, this specialized track will guide attendees through essential processes, troubleshooting tips, and efficient workflows that support accurate and timely CALPADS submissions.

Where is AeriesCon Spring 2025 be held?

We’re excited to be back onsite! Join us at the Ontario Convention Center in Ontario, California!

Who can benefit from attending AeriesCon?

AeriesCon is ideal for Aeries Admin, Teachers/TOSA, CALPADS Admin, Counselors, Data Staff, IT Professionals: anyone who uses Aeries at their district or site can increase their knowledge at AeriesCon. All users of every experience level can benefit from AeriesCon!

What is the difference between 2 Day Registration and 3 Day Registration?

What is included in registration?

Your registration includes breakfast, lunch, and snack for your respective conference days. Additionally, all attendees are invited to join us at Casino Night on Monday, March 3 for games, prizes, hors d’oeuvres, and a non-host bar.

Can I attend just 1 day of AeriesCon?

We offer two ticket packages: 2 Day Registration or 3 Day Registration. We do not offer 1 Day Registration for any part of AeriesCon.

How can I register?

All registration must be done virtually through http://www.aeries.com/aeriescon . We do not accept mail-in or phone call orders.

What payment methods are available?

We accept Credit Card or Purchase Order options. Please note that Purchase Orders must be uploaded at the time of registration.

I registered but can't attend after all. Can I transfer my registration?

Confirmed AeriesCon Fall 2025 Registrations may be transferred to alternate attendees within the same LEA on or before Friday, February 21st, 2025.

To transfer a registration, select the “Manage Registration” button found in the confirmation email that was sent at the time of registration.

How do I cancel my registration?

To cancel a confirmed registration, contact us by email at aeriescon@aeries.com. Cancellation requests must be received by midnight PDT on February 21st, 2025. No cancellations will be accepted or refunds issued after this date.
