The Conference Schedule has been reworked to make better use of all attendees’ valuable time. Monday will now feature five sessions instead of four! Tuesday will let out a bit earlier, but still features four full sessions.
Attendees of the conference have always had the ability to check-in early on Sunday – from 3-5:30PM at the Convention Center. All attendees who arrive on Sunday will now be given a special Preview Day giveaway, have early access to the Open Forum to ask questions to Aeries experts in-person, and be able to attend Preview Sessions highlighting new and exciting sessions being offered.
In congruence with the announcement regarding transitioning to the web version of Aeries® SIS, all sessions will be presented in the Aeries Web Version (with a few exceptions where applicable). New sessions include:
Not sure what sessions to sign up for? We have created specialty tracks that will guarantee a schedule free of conflicts for your role, even if you only come for Monday of the conference! Look for the track when signing up for courses for teachers, scheduling, or if you are new to Aeries.
In order to further efforts to go green, Aeries Software will continue offering attendees the best available high-speed wireless internet throughout the convention center and encourages all attendees to bring their phones, tablets, and/or laptops in order to connect to the Conference Portal.
In addition to access via the Conference Portal, all conference attendees will be given a 32GB 3.0 USB drive with the conference documentation. Finally, Aeries Software will no longer be offering a binder of printed conference documentation as an option for attendees, but will instead send all registrants access to the Conference Portal two weeks prior to the conference in order to print out any documents to take notes on if desired.
Highlighted by the trailblazing partnership between Aeries Software and Dewsly Education to offer the Loop communication solution directly integrated within Aeries® SIS, Aeries Software continues its commitment to interoperability by hosting numerous partners at the Users’ Conference.
